Arbitration scorecard update: Owners 3, Players 2

An update on arbitration cases being heard…There were two cases that were ruled upon by arbitrator panels today. Kyle Loshe beat the Twins (again) the second time he has done so in as many years. The other case involved Rodrigo Lopez of the Orioles in which he lost.

Scheduled for a ruling is Tampa Bay catcher Josh Paul. Brian Roberts of the Orioles, as well as Tampa Bay first baseman/designated hitter Travis Lee have not had their cases heard yet.

    As a sidebar, the Brewers signed RHP Ohka to one-year deal creating a streak of 3 straight years in which the Brewers have avoided going into arbitration
